I've been in Myrtle Beach for 11 years now and involved in investment real estate for 8. I prefer the diversity of many market segments, especially oceanfront condo and residential. I remind people of how popular Myrtle Beach is, to both visitors and residents and that there is only so much coastline to go around. This area is growing fast, above the national average. We also have four seasons with a short mild winter, and low occurrence of storm damage.
Aside from real estate, I am a history buff who enjoying boating, fishing, traveling and movies. I grew up in upstate New York near Syracuse. I am a musician in a working band and a freelance writer. I also have a novel I am trying to get published.
