The condos we represent with rentals have a few regulations you should be aware of:
During the spring and summer, most resorts have a minimum stay of 5 DAYS.  None will book ahead for less than 4 days from April till September that we are aware of.

The companies we work with are all limited to adults and family rentals, and aren't available for groups of spring breakers or underage vacationers.  However, there are some resorts that cater to young people.  We suggest you contact the Chamber of Commerce for information on youth groups and non-family vacation rentals.
