A Condo in Manhatten

Found this in the New York Times. I know it is comparing apples to pears, but a Myrtle Beach condo for sale on the OCEANFRONT would cost about 1/3 of this.

Donald Trump said that Manhatten was a land unto itself. He wasn't kidding.

PROS: The master bedroom has two closets and opens onto a hallway that has a linen closet and an additional closet. The second bedroom has pocket doors that open onto the living room and a wall of built-in shelves.

CONS: The window in the living room looks out on a brick wall. The kitchen needs updating, especially because a half bath off the kitchen was ripped out in preparation for a renovation that was never completed.
